Welcome to SajniRe. By registering or using this app, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this app.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use SajniRe.
• SajniRe reserves the right to terminate accounts if any user is found to be underage.

2. For Male Users (Callers)

• Male users can browse female expert profiles and initiate audio calls or chat sessions.
• Calls are charged at ₹3 per minute.
• Chat messages are charged at ₹0.50 per message after the first 5 free messages.
• You agree NOT to use abusive language, solicit personal contact information, record any call, or communicate with experts outside the platform.

3. For Female Experts

• Female experts must complete KYC/audio verification and be approved before going live.
• Experts earn a per-minute rate based on their assigned tier (Bronze or Silver).
• Experts agree NOT to share personal contact information with callers or engage in illegal activities.
• SajniRe may suspend or ban expert accounts for violations.

4. Wallet & Payments

• In-app coins are purchased via wallet recharge using PayU or Google Play. 1 Rupee = 10 Coins.
• Coins can only be used within the SajniRe app and have no cash value outside.
• We are not responsible for failed payments due to third-party gateway issues.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any user.
• Sharing obscene, pornographic, or illegal content.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software within SajniRe are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

SajniRe is a platform that facilitates connections. We are not responsible for the quality of advice given by experts or any personal/financial loss resulting from interactions on the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused coin balance is forfeited upon account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts located in India.
